Scheme of Studies of B.S (4-years) Economics

Program Learning Objectives

Bachelor of Science in Economics program is designed for those students who, after completing their 12 years of education, are looking for some knowledge based, career oriented and market determined educational program in the field of Economics. The program is the blend of different courses like theoretical, quantitative, and applied areas in economics, which will enable the students to review, analyze and provide solutions to complex problems of households, nations as well as global level with intellectual independence. The main purpose is to achieve the highest possible standards of education, teaching and research in economics.

Minimum 4-Years (8 Semesters), Maximum 6-Years (12 Semesters).

Admission Requirements

At least 45% marks in HSSC (Part-I / II) (FA, FSc, ICS, I.Com, D.Com), DAE (1st & 2nd Year) or Equivalent qualification

Degree Completion Requirements

    Field experience/
  • Internship 6-8 weeks
  • Capstone Project 03 credit hours
